    We've had A to Z service our A/C and Furnace multiple times under a maintenance agreement. Shaun has been friendly and knowledgeable on each occasion. No high pressure sales tactics or nonsense, just friendly service and expert info. We recently had Shaun out to diagnose our furnace after a carbon monoxide alarm led to our gas being shut off. He was thorough and tested that other appliances weren't causing issues (water heater, fireplace). He went ahead and replaced the air filter while there since it was due soon. Because of our maintenance agreement and the service visit being within the callback window of our annual maintenance, there was no additional cost to us. It's hard to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and excels in the little things. I can't recommend them highly enough!

    5 stars across the board for A to Z. Derek came out quickly to assess the condition of our old furnace, answering all questions thoroughly and assuring the safety of our household. Our installers: Levi and Luke installed the new furnace with professionalism and courteousness. April was also super nice over the phone with scheduling. Thank you.

    Derek installed and has maintained our new furnace and AC. I have always appreciated his friendly and knowledgeable service. They are also affordable. He was here again today and I appreciated the good work with photos of my AC so I understood. It is always a nice feeling when you get service from someone who feels like they are treating you like you are a friend not just a customer.
